Emily Miret

The Gracie way hit home with Emily in 2013 when she placed her children in the Bullyproof program. She has been an advocate of the method and Helio Gracie’s teachings ever since. Emily’s experiences with education as a tool to empower and overcome, the significance of empowering the targeted and weak, and the science that is jiu-jitsu will forever be at the forefront of her instruction. Emily has a B.S. in Family Resources and Human Development from Arizona State University. Emily earned her instructor certification in 2017 from the Gracie Academy. Emily is a certified instructor in Women Empowered, Gracie Bullyproof, Gracie Combatives, The Mastercycle: with verified stripes BBS1-4, and Safewrap. Her favorite class to teach is the Mat Munchkins.
