Jimi Clayton

Jimi Clayton has been dedicated to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu since 2009. In 2018, he earned his purple belt from Ryron Gracie and soon became a certified instructor.
As the owner and head instructor of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu® Mesa, Jimi leads the academy with a focus on excellence, community, and student development. He has completed all current Master Cycle® lessons and continues to deepen his knowledge through advanced training.
In 2025, Jimi earned his Gracie Black Belt, a testament to his years of dedication, consistent practice, and commitment to the values of the Gracie Academy. His passion for Jiu-Jitsu is evident in both his teaching and personal growth, inspiring students of all levels to achieve their best on and off the mat.
